We chatted a bit as well about the use of psychedelics as a tool for evolution of consciousness, and the power that these plants have in helping people through some of their toughest times.
We also touched on fear, and how to get out of “fear” and manage “fear”. He shares the stop method with us, which involves near-linguistic programming. “Stay away from fear, get fit, and do whatever you have to do to give some love and receive some love.”
He talks to us about the importance of “getting fit”. Get healthy. Especially in times like this with the pandemic. Get some vitamin D in yourself.
We then talk about what Dialing In is to Sean, and what it means to him! He shares that dialing in your lifestyle and dialing in your mentality is huge. What do your routines look like? How can you change them to ensure they are all directed towards ensuring your are performing optimally.
He then finishes by giving us his “go to” thing that he does when times get tough - “Shut your mouth, and breathe through your nose”.
