Shannon is an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, Teacher & Advisor and has been associated with the Chopra Center as a Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor since 2017. As a wellness consultant & educator with over 8000 hours of teaching and fifteen years of experience, she holds space for transformation in various classes, workshops, & trainings around the world. Shannon has been trained in many different healing modalities and chooses to teach a very traditional yogic practice to facilitate and hold space for one’s direct connection to their higher self. She uses the Akashic Records, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Diet& Nutrition, as well as Vedic Counseling (just to name a few), to work with her clients. She has trained multiple teachers through her Yoga Alliance Certified School, along with multiple Reiki Masters around the globe. Federico is a Spiritual Coach and Hypnotherapist based in Vancouver that employs a variety of spiritual teachings and clinical hypnosis, to offer a powerful compassionate approach. She is a Master Reiki practitioner and has been using the power of energy healing to help others for over 18 years. She added Intuitive Angel Card readings into her spiritual & wellness repertoire and is creating her own deck of Guidance cards to better help more people on their life path journey. Her background as a Speech-Language Pathologist, film/theatre actor, and general life experience has created a well-rounded understanding of the many challenges people endure occupationally and emotionally/mentally. Empowered with this opportunity and her wisdom, Lygia has developed a loving passion and purpose to help in the healing process of all individuals and the planet.
