About the Event
In Yoga Nidra, we remain in the space between the waking and sleeping states of consciousness, known in neuroscientific circles as the hypnagogic state. In this borderline state, we are able to absorb new pathways of change, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mental phenomena that occur during this "threshold consciousness" phase include (but are not limited to) lucid thought and lucid dreaming. It is a form of "going within" during which we enter a profound state of relaxation whilst remaining alert and aware throughout the process. Yoga Nidra can be practiced by people of any religion or culture.
This special class will also include a Holy Fire III Guided Experience (during Yoga Nidra).
The influx of Holy Fire® III energy is a special experience that feels safe, steady and grounded. Rather than being aware of one’s Authentic Self in an altered state or as something happening in a high and distant place, it is experienced as being present within one’s physical body and as part of one's everyday life.

The event will last 90 minutes. We will start right at 6PM, with a few minutes of going over what Yoga Nidra is, it’s benefits, and a brief explanation of how to do the practice. Everyone will then pick a “Sankalpa”. We will continue with a guided relaxation starting at 6:15PM, and then go into the Yoga & Holy Fire ® III Experience. You will be laying down for the full experience. Please ensure you are in a quiet (preferably dark) room, or area. It is best to have headphones or ear buds. We will finish by 7:15PM and go into a 15 minute Q&A.
The event will take place on the Full Moon. We will be able to go into deeper states of consciousness, and therefore are able to go deeper into our healing process. Even though the event is online, the energy of the space will still be protected.

Preparation & Home Set Up
(NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
✔ Ensure no distractions for entire duration (quiet room is ideal)
✔ Headphones optional
✔ Have a small pillow if necessary and blanket
✔ Lay on the floor or on your bed
✔ Use an eye mask (optional)
✔ Ensure you are on some-what empty stomach (at least 2.5 h after a large meal).
✔ You may have warm lemon water within that time.
